Very unusually connection between shaft and head in this club, by P. Wake pro at Shoreham G.C. 1903 to 1910. It is a half socket club with the shaft only going  about half a inch into the head. You will see the hosel  on top of the head is much thicker then usual. This club is only for display.

Very good Long Nose socket  PUTTER by        James Horn  Professional Golfer &  Club Maker  of Weston – Super – Mare  1926 to 1948.  There is a brass plate covering the bottom of the head, and the shaft is nearly at 90% to the head. You can just about see J.H’s name on the shaft. It has a very attractive  red leather period grip. Good for play or display.   It also has a nice Persimmon Head.

Bobby Locke's autographed chrome Gem Putter possibly 1936. He won 21 open champions from round the world, 7 in South Africa, 4 in the UK and 2 in the USA.   He was the greatest Putter of his age 1935 to 1955.     Bobby Locke was  born of Irish parents who emigrated to S.A. in about 1912.
